Appearance: Rose is average in appearance, with blonde hair down to her shoulders and hazel eyes. She has pale skin- which never seems to be sunburned- and has an affinity for eye makeup.
Rose likes wearing outfits that show off her athletic side- she especially likes jackets that you would wear to jog in, and is seen in one frequently. Which can never a bad thing, because Rose has good fashion sense.

Personality: Rose is a determined young woman, who easily adjusts to anything abnormal that's thrown at her. She's naturally curious, and tends to wander off into trouble one too many times. Because she questions everything, Rose always wants to know more and understand everything she comes across.
Rose is also extremely athletic. She runs a lot, and also won the bronze medal for gymnastics when she was still in school. Her athleticism often helps her out in hard times, and she relies on it to save not only herself, but others as well.
She has a compassionate heart, and often helps others by giving them advice. Rose would do anything for those she cares about.

The Only One;

Abilities/Strengths: Rose's curiosity helps her to uncover new things about her situations (though sometimes it leads her into deeper trouble than she could imagine). Her compassion allows her to understand people's rough patches and help them through, and her ability to adapt allows her to fit in most anywhere.

Weaknesses: Rose has a tendency to want to save the day, which puts her in danger quite a lot.

History: Rose has always been a very average girl, with an average set of parents. Her father was a successful accountant in a normal, if somewhat boring, business. Her mother was a hairdresser that worked from home, and Rose grew up in the loving company of them both.
As a child, Rose always fought for what she considered was right. When she was in middle school, she organized a choir strike and was suspended for it. Her parents believed that her sense of good was a nice thing, but they could do without her detentions every week. Because of that, they were happy when Rose finally decided to date Mickey in her final year of school. Mickey was a very safe boy, who had lived down the street from Rose for quite some time. They had been childhood friends, and he was the one who always convinced Rose not to go forth with schemes that she considered ‘good for the cause’, that were in fact a bit idiotic.
When Rose turned 20, her temporary job as a cashier at a department store was blown up by a strange- if somewhat interesting- man who called himself the Doctor. After destroying her only means of income, the Doctor invited Rose to travel with him through time and space. Realizing that leaving with him would mean leaving her mom, dad, and Mickey, Rose declined. The Doctor left, never returning into Rose’s life again.
About a month after the Doctor’s appearance in London, Mickey and Rose’s relationship was getting serious. Rose had managed to land a job as a daycare teacher a few miles from her parents’ apartments, and Mickey had saved up enough money to buy Rose and him a flat just far enough away from their parents that they wouldn’t be disturbed. After a year of serious dating, Mickey finally proposed to Rose. Their parents were delighted, and immediately started plans for their wedding.
The night before Rose was set to marry Mickey, she fell asleep as usual. Unfortunately, her marriage was not to be. Waking up in the morning, Rose found herself in the pew of an old church, without her parents and most importantly, without Mickey. She was free to start a new life.
